How to make a change or a return

You don't like the item purchased or it doesn't fit you? You can proceed with a change or a return request within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • STEP 1 Fill out the form to request a return or a change of the glasses
  • STEP 2 Wait for our confirmation to proceed with the shipping of the parcel (normally 24/48 h)
  • STEP 3 Wait for the refund (within 30 days from the delivery to us)



Fill out the following form indicating the order number, your name and surname, and the email address that you used at the moment of the order. If you purchased more than an item, please, specify which glasses do you want to send. If your request falls within the useful terms, after our confirmation you can proceed to return the item.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of return, as provided by law, is intended for the purchase of online articles on the website. The deadline within which to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods, within which the customer is required to communicate it to the owner of the website, exceeded that date, return request cannot be considered valid. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the law applies to single products purchased in their entirety;
- the product/s purchased must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and all accompanying documents);
- delivery costs for returning the product are charged to the customer;
- restitution is under the full responsibility of the customer;
- personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 
 If the right of return has been correctly completed, the website owner will refund the customer the full amount paid, inclusive of delivery costs, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of notice of return. The amount will be refunded after expenses for the Restitution of the Products, which will be borne by the customer.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To receive the refund you must first have made the return request through the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to arrange the return of the items. After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the returned items within 30 calendar days of delivery by the courier. The shipping costs related to the return of the product are charged to the customer.

HOW TO MAKE AN CHANGE

If you don't like the item purchased or it doesn't fit you, you can request a replacement with another size or model after checking availability. To request a change of items, fill in the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to define the times and terms of the item to change. The shipping costs related to the return of the product are charged to the customer.

STATE OF THE PRODUCT

The products must be intact, not worn, broken, or damaged. The products must be in the packaging they were in when you received them, complete with labels and any other parts. The products must be provided with appropriate packaging (envelope/box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE REFUND

To receive the refund you must first have made the return request through the appropriate online form.
- If you have made the purchase paying by cash on delivery we will refund by bank transfer.
- If you made the purchase paying by bank transfer, we will refund by bank transfer.
- If you made the purchase paying by credit card/PayPal we will make the refund directly to the card/account you used.

If your return request falls within the useful terms and after verifying the integrity of the returned product, we will refund the returned items within 30 calendar days after the delivery to us.

WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND

The repayment times are variable depending on the way in which it is made.
- For credit card refunds, from the moment you receive the cancellation confirmation, the times are approximately 2-30 working days, depending on the credit card issuing circuit.
- For refunds on a PayPal account, the re-credit times are approximately 1-3 working days.
- For refunds to a bank account, the re-credit times are approximately 2-7 working days.
