Frame sizes are given in millimeters, indicating the width of the lenses and bridge. You'll find this information for each pair of glasses: we want to help you choose the most comfortable frame for your face.

Choosing the ideal frame for your new sunglasses or eyeglasses is a matter of millimeters: a perfect balance between style, everyday comfort, and correct vision. The right size glasses should rest on the nose without squeezing, remain stable on the ears, and perfectly center your gaze over the lenses, ensuring visual comfort that lasts all day.
Here are two foolproof methods to find your ideal size in just a few seconds.

- Measure your face
1 - Get a credit card
Get a credit, debit, or loyalty card.
2 - Stand in front of a mirror.
Place the card close to your face, aligning one edge with the center of your nose.
3 - Check the position of the paper
The measurement is determined by marking the point where the opposite edge of the card aligns with your eye.
A - Medium size (suitable for most people)
If the edge of the card aligns with the outer corner of your eye. This corresponds approximately to the following eye sizes: 51-52-53-54
B - Large size
If the edge of the card is between the outer corner and the center of your eye. This corresponds approximately to the following eye sizes: 55-56-57-58
C - Small size
If the edge of the card extends beyond the outer corner of your eye. Approximately corresponds to the following sizes: 47-48-49-50
- Compare the measurements with your glasses
If you already have a pair of glasses that you feel comfortable with, the solution is literally written on the frame.
Check the inside of the temples: you'll find a series of small numbers engraved (for example: 52 18 140).
The first alphanumeric code indicates the model code (e.g., XY 2140), then we have:
- The lens width (caliber): indicates the horizontal width of a single lens. This is the value that determines whether the glasses are Large, Medium, or Small.
- Bridge width: represents the space between the two lenses. It is essential to ensure that the glasses do not slip on the nose.
- Temple length: indicates the total length of the temple, from where it attaches to the frame to the tip.
Each of these numbers is measured in mm.
Comparing these values with those shown in our product sheets will ensure a familiar and comfortable fit.
Shipping costs
For orders over €50, shipping costs in the European Union are free.
For orders over €50, shipping costs to the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain are €15.
For orders over €50, shipping costs to the remaining non-EU countries are €10.
For orders under €50, a supplement of €6 is applied.
Cash on delivery (available only for shipments within Italy): an additional charge of €5 applies.

The availability of products can also vary very quickly, for this reason delivery times may range from a few hours (for goods already available in stock and payment by credit card or PayPal) to a few days (goods available and payment by bank transfer). In particular cases of items that are temporarily out of stock, the times may be longer than normal, in these cases, we will discuss with the customer whether to proceed with a partial shipment, choose an alternative model or issue a refund. based on the forecasts of arrival of the unavailable goods, whether or not to proceed with a partial fulfillment of the order, with an alternative model or with a possible refund. We always try to give the customer maximum transparency and flexibility to provide a good service!
If your order includes frames, sunglasses or ski goggles that are not available at the time of processing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the request by informing you of the lack of availability and any waiting times for the replenishment of the missing product. In case the product is no longer available or requires replenishment times that you are not willing to wait, the order will be cancelled, if you have already made the prepayment, we will refund the entire amount paid.
Shipments to the European Union (outside Italy) are made by DPD courier.
Delivery times within the European Union are 3–6 working days. (for islands: 10–15 working days via postal service)
Non-EU shipments are made by postal service.
Delivery times for non-EU countries are 20/25 working days.

Through this service you can comfortably receive your parcel at one of the more than 3,800 BRT Fermopoints. Telephone shops, hardware stores, bars, cafes, stationeries, newsagents, tobacconists, shops, travel agencies and all activities in agreement with the BRT Fermopoint service adhere to this service. BRT Fermopoint is present throughout the Italian national territory and the available collection points are active in all cities and towns, so it will be very easy to find a congenial destination suitable for your daily schedules. Choose the collection point closest to your destination, and collect your package whenever you want, even on Saturday and Sunday (at the times and days indicated by the merchant).
How does the BRT Fermopoint collection service work?
When confirming the order, select BRT Fermopoint from the various delivery options, enter city, postcode and address, you will see the list of businesses and shops that adhere to this service closest to the address you have inserted. When you select the destination store, you will see the address of where it is located and the opening hours, in this way it will be easier for you to decide and choose where to send your package. Cash on delivery is not allowed for this type of service.

You don't like the item you purchased or the size ordered is not the right one?
You can proceed with the return or exchange request within 14 days from the delivery date.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal as required by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site. The term within which to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer is required to notify the owner of the site, after this date the return request cannot be considered valid. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;
- The purchased Product (s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);
- The transport costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer;
- The Return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.
- Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal on eyeglasses with graduated lenses
The products indicated in art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including customized products such as glasses with graduated lenses.
As provided for by art. 59, letter c of the Consumer Code, which eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold have been made "to measure" or "personalized" based on the choices of the end customer, any orders for glasses with graduated lenses will not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal (provided for other non-personalized items). In fact, this type of glasses is made and customized to the specific needs of the customer who, under his/her responsibility, will provide us with the eye prescription performed by a professional technician. It should also be noted that contact lenses and their solutions and eye drops, as sterile products, cannot be returned if the packages have been opened or damaged.
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the site owner will refund the customer the full amount already paid, including shipping costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for returning the products, which will be borne by the Customer.
How to make a return
In order to receive the refund you must first have made the return request through the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to arrange the return of the goods. Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the returned items within 30 calendar days of delivery by the courier. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer.
How to make a change
If the size purchased or the product are not to your liking, you can request a replacement with another size or model after checking availability. To be able to request a change of goods, fill in the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been taken care of, we will contact you to define the times and terms of the goods exchange. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer.
Product status
The products must be intact, not worn, broken or damaged. The products must be in the packaging they were in when you received them, complete with labels and any other parts that make them up. The products must be provided with special packaging (envelope / box, etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.
How to get your refund
In order to receive the refund you must first have made the return request through the appropriate online form.
- If you made the purchase by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) we will refund by bank transfer.
- If you made the purchase by bank transfer we will refund by bank transfer.
- If you made the purchase by credit card / PayPal we will make the refund directly to the card / account with which you paid.
If your return request falls within the deadlines and after verifying the integrity of the returned product, we will refund the returned items within 30 working days of delivery by the courier.
When you get your refund
Refund times vary depending on how it is made.
- For credit card refunds, from the moment you receive the cancellation confirmation, the times are approximately 2-30 working days, depending on the credit card issuer circuit.
- For refunds to a PayPal account, the re-credit times are approximately 1-3 working days.
- For refunds to a bank account, the re-credit times are approximately 2-7 working days.
