Ski Goggle Care

Do not rub the inside of the lens when wet.

Recommendations for snow or water inside the goggle:

  • Gently shake off the snow. Clean the vents on the lens and frame.
  • Use the Microclear™ soft case provided with the goggle to gently remove any residual moisture.
  • Wait until the moisture has completely evaporated and then place the goggle back on your face, moving as much as possible to circulate the air and dry the inside.

Follow these instructions to optimize the performance and extend the life of your goggle:

  • Avoid wearing the goggle on your forehead or hat, as this reduces the effectiveness of the ventilation system and increases the humidity inside the goggle, caused by excess snow and perspiration. To reduce condensation, keep the goggle on your face.

Follow these instructions for proper mask cleaning:

  • Do not use paper, ski gloves, or any type of abrasive material to clean the mask.
  • Let the mask dry before storing it for an extended period.
  • Do not expose the mask to excessive light and/or heat, such as a car dashboard.
  • Protect the lens and sponge by storing the mask in the protective soft case and hard case.

Shipping costs

For orders over €50, shipping costs in the European Union are free.

For orders over €50, shipping costs to the countries of England, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain are €15.

For orders over €50, shipping costs to the remaining non-EU countries are €10.

For orders under €50, a supplement of €6 is applied.

Cash on delivery service (valid only for shipments to Italy) the supplement is €5.

Dear customer, our online shop presents a great variety of glasses. The availability of products can also vary very quickly, for this reason the timing can range from a few hours (for goods already available in stock and payment by credit card or PayPal) to a few days (goods available and payment by bank transfer). In particular cases of goods not immediately available in the warehouse, the times may be longer than normal, in these cases, it will be agreed with the customer, based on the forecasts of arrival of the unavailable goods, whether or not to proceed with a partial evasion of the order, with a replacement of the model or with a possible refund. We always try to give the customer maximum transparency and flexibility to provide a good service!

If your order includes frames, sunglasses or ski goggles that are not available at the time of processing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the request by informing you of the lack of availability and any waiting times for the replenishment of the missing product. In case the product is no longer available or requires replenishment times that you are not willing to wait, the order will be considered void, if you have already made the prepayment, we will refund the entire amount paid.

Shipments to the European Union (outside Italy) are made by DPD courier.

Delivery times for European Union countries are 3/6 working days. (for islands: 10/15 working days by post office)

EXTRA EU shipments are made by postal service.

Delivery times for non-EU countries are 20/25 working days.

Through this service you can comfortably receive your parcel at one of the more than 3,800 BRT Fermopoints. Telephone shops, hardware stores, bars, cafes, stationeries, newsagents, tobacconists, shops, travel agencies and all activities in agreement with the BRT Fermopoint service adhere to this service. BRT Fermopoint is present throughout the Italian national territory and the available collection points are active in all cities and towns, so it will be very easy to find a congenial destination suitable for your daily schedules. Choose the collection point closest to your destination, and collect your package whenever you want, even on Saturday and Sunday (at the times and days indicated by the merchant).

How does the Fermopoint BRT Collection Point service work?

When confirming the order, select BRT Fermopoint from the various delivery options, enter city, postcode and address, you will see the list of businesses and shops that adhere to this service closest to the address you have inserted. When you select the destination store, you will see the address of where it is located and the opening hours, in this way it will be easier for you to decide and choose where to send your package. Cash on delivery is not allowed for this type of service.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal as required by current legislation is provided for the purchase of items online on the site. The term within which to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the goods, within which the Customer is required to notify the owner of the site, after this date the return request cannot be considered valid. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

- The law applies to individual Products purchased in their entirety;

- The purchased Product (s) must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation);

- The transport costs relating to the return of the Product are charged to the Customer;

- The Return is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

- Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal on eyeglasses with graduated lenses

The products indicated in art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including customized products such as glasses with graduated lenses.

As provided for by art. 59, letter c of the Consumer Code, which eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the goods sold have been made "to measure" or "personalized" based on the choices of the end customer, any orders for glasses with graduated lenses will not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal (provided for other non-personalized items). In fact, this type of glasses is made and customized to the specific needs of the customer who, under his/her responsibility, will provide us with the eye prescription performed by a professional technician. It should also be noted that contact lenses and their solutions and eye drops, as sterile products, cannot be returned if the packages have been opened or damaged.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the site owner will refund the customer the full amount already paid, including shipping costs, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refunded amount will be net of the costs for returning the products, which will be borne by the Customer.

How to make a return

In order to receive the refund you must first have made the return request through the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you to arrange the return of the goods. Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the returned items within 30 calendar days of delivery by the courier. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer.

How to make a change

If the size purchased or the product are not to your liking, you can request a replacement with another size or model after checking availability. To be able to request a change of goods, fill in the appropriate online form. Fill in the required fields and send your request. Once your request has been taken care of, we will contact you to define the times and terms of the goods exchange. The transport costs relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer.

Product status

The products must be intact, not worn, broken or damaged. The products must be in the packaging they were in when you received them, complete with labels and any other parts that make them up. The products must be provided with special packaging (envelope / box, etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.

How to get your refund

In order to receive the refund you must first have made the return request through the appropriate online form.

- If you made the purchase by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) we will refund by bank transfer.

- If you made the purchase by bank transfer we will refund by bank transfer.

- If you made the purchase by credit card / PayPal we will make the refund directly to the card / account with which you paid.

If your return request falls within the deadlines and after verifying the integrity of the returned product, we will refund the returned items within 30 working days of delivery by the courier.

When you get your refund

Refund times vary depending on how it is made.

- For credit card refunds, from the moment you receive the cancellation confirmation, the times are approximately 2-30 working days, depending on the credit card issuer circuit.

- For refunds to a PayPal account, the re-credit times are approximately 1-3 working days.

- For refunds to a bank account, the re-credit times are approximately 2-7 working days.
